SafeSoy Development and Management Systems, LLC is a partnership between Val-Add Service Corp., SafeSoy Systems, Nelson Engineering Construction and South Dakota Oilseed Processors.

Val-Add Service Corp. has been in the value-added agricultural industy since 1998. Val-Add has successfully completed over $1 Billion in value-added ventures including over 20 ethanol plants. Val-Add is located in Chester, SD and provides project development for SafeSoy.

SafeSoy Systems is the technology licensee of Crown Iron Works and is the first operational Hiplex plant in the industry. SafeSoy Systems is located in Ellsworth, IA.

Nelson Engineering Construction is a leading construction firm in the midwest. Nelson has been in business for 23 years and has extiensive experience in the processing industry. Nelson is the general contractor for the first SafeSoy facility, built in Miller, SD. Nelson Engineering is located in South Sioux City, NE.

South Dakota OIlseed Processors will be the first full-scale Hiplex production facility in the nation. Located in Miller, SD, SDOP is under construction and will be operational the fourth quarter of 2008.
